New Ice Cream Cakes!
We've been toying with new ideas here at Plas Farm, and will soon be launching a range of ice cream cakes! Yum!
These ice cream cakes are high quality, hand-made and hand-finished frozen cakes made from real Welsh dairy ice cream, and are pre-portioned into easy-to-serve slices. Perfect for busy restaurants for something a little bit different on the dessert menu.
Options so far include:
- Unicorn Cake - Vanilla dairy ice cream cake with a raspberry ripple and sprinkle topping
- Salted Caramel - salted caramel ice cream cake with a luxurious caramel ripple, topped with caramel sauce and honeycomb pieces
- Chocolate - A rich chocolate ice cream with chocolate chunks, topped with milk chocolate flakes
- Berry Pavlova - A low fat berry flavoured frozen yogurt cake topped with crunchy meringue pieces
