Plas Farm wins Food Business Investment Scheme Grant Funding
Investment has been secured that will allow Plas Farm to double its existing production capacity over the next 12 months.
This exciting project will be part-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development via the Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. Without this funding, we would not be able to fund such an exciting project, and we are grateful for the assistance that will be provided. The project's aim is to increase in production of Plas Farm’s frozen yogurt and frozen dairy dessert capacity and improve the quality of end product through improvements in processing machinery. This should result in more jobs being created by mid-2018 and new product launches spanning the next 2 years. Exciting times ahead!
