The Base Mix
Denbigh farmhouse ice cream is creamy, rich and smooth tasting. The cream is all from the local cows of Anglesey, mostly from an organic farm at Llangefni. Most of our ice cream is made with fruit purees we produce here in Anglesey, although some flavours are bought in from the Italian flavour houses, our preferred option is to use real fruit rather than a prepared flavour.

Denbigh Super Seven Ice Cream Range

Vanilla
A rich creamy vanilla, a traditional vanilla that reminds you of holidays by the seaside!

Strawberry
Whole strawberries are pulped, and boiled with sugar to make a strawberry puree which is then stirred into the ice cream mix.

Chocolate
A bespoke mixture of the finest quality cocoa powders are pre-mixed into the ice cream mix to make a natural tasting chocolate ice cream without any further additives.

Mint Choc Chip
A natural mint flavour, with a little natural green colour, with chocolate generously sprinkled on by hand. After vanilla, our best selling ice cream.

Rum and Raisin
Fine plump raisins, soaked in the finest Jamaican rum. scrumptious!

Toffee Fudge
Toffee flavoured ice cream with chunks of fudge generously scattered through the ice cream.

Blackcurrant and Cream
A delicious vanilla ice cream with a coulis of blackcurrant ribboned through the tub. One of our favourites.

Denbigh Farmhouse A La Carte Range

Maple and Walnut
Crunchy pieces of walnut mixed in a maple syrup base which is then added into ice cream base mix.

Bara Brith
A local variation on Brown Bread Ice Cream using this locally made traditional Welsh bread.

We can create ice creams especially for you. We are always willing to work with our customers to develop personalised recipes - ask for details if you would like to develop your own recipes. Our ice cream is generally produced in 4.75 litre 'Napoli' containers or 4 litre tubs. We also produce the super 7 range in 10 litre tubs which represent added value for money. Our take home retail range has 4 flavours in 500 ml tubs, Vanilla, Triple Chocolate, Strawberry and Cream, and Blackcurrant and Cream. Our 'impulse' eat in the hand range is available in 7 flavours Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint Choc Chip, Toffee Fudge, Blackcurrant, and Banoffi. They are supplied in traditional 120ml cardboard tubs with see through lids in cases of 20 and come complete with spoons.
